Our system combines five core modules into one integrated machine:

  • Washer: Cleans and separates usable material.

  • Mixer: Blends cement, aggregates, and recycled inputs.

  • Aerator: Injects air for lightweight, insulating concrete.

  • Pump: Delivers the mix into molds or construction sites.

This multi-material processing unit enables communities to build homes using what’s already around them—plastic flakes, compost slurry, crushed rubble—and turn it into Foamcrete, Hempcrete, or Carbonbeton.

Our production model blends:

  • Mobile on-site fabrication → Fill molds directly in crisis zones or remote areas.

  • Stationary factory output → Produce water tanks, biogas fermenters, composters, and furniture in parallel.

This dual-mode approach ensures rapid response and long-term infrastructure—all powered by the same machine.

Our first deployment is underway in Cebu, where we’re:
